Looking for something new to try this summer?? Learn how to dance in the air at the next dance trapeze workshop on Saturday 16th June. Get ready to have fun, spinning and flying around, making amazing shapes and building on strength and movement ability in a friendly, safe, and social environment. The next dance trapeze workshop will be held at Flying Fantastic in Southwark on Saturday 18th November. The workshop is open to anyone with basic dance, aerial or fitness experience. It will be a fun afternoon of spinning, swinging and moving around the trapeze creating all kinds of shapes, and of course that core and upper body strength will be worked to the max!

Get ready to dance in the air!
Catriona was one of the lucky Circus Artists to receive Lab:time support and funding in November 2016, at National Centre for Circus Arts. Through Lab:time, Catriona was given the opportunity to begin the first stages of Beth the Dream; an aerial dance film work, created alongside choreographer Catherine Seymour, film maker David Lefeber, and composer Morgan Hayes.
